After booking your appointment online, come to our test centre on time for your reserved appointment. To avoid queues please arrive MAXIMUM 15 MINUTES BEFORE your appointment!

Our staff will receive you and scan your reservation confirmation contactless. Show your ID card and barcode at the reception, our staff will scan the code, hand over your test pack and you will pass through our test station in a one-way system.

Performing our tests is simple and straightforward. Our medically trained staff will painlessly take a swab from your throat and nasal cavity. You can then leave the test station immediately. You should not eat, drink or smoke for 30 minutes before the test.

We exclusively use antigen tests for the direct pathogen detection of the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, which are approved by the BfArM (Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices). 

You can retrieve your test result approximately 15 - 20 minutes after the smear test.

We will send you the result by e-mail in an encrypted form and in compliance with data protection regulations.

When you book your appointment, you will receive an invoice so that you can apply to your health insurance company for reimbursement of the costs.
